Starting his career with selling, he moved to College and University Lecturer, Sales Manager, Marketing Executive and Training Manager for over 28 years in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, USA and Pakistan.

He studied at the renowned Dale Carnegie Institute, California, where he specialized in the Instructional Design, conducted exhaustive research on Human Performance, and taught at the Dale Carnegie Institute, Silicon Valley; Greenwich University, UAE, University of Central Punjab, University of Lahore, University of Peshawar, UMT and Iqra University.

He is the recipient of many prestigious awards; including the Fellowship from the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management, England, the Dale Carnegie Honors from California, and Gold Medal award in the international Sales & Marketing Competition, Virginia, USA.

He is the Founding Member and Chairman of the TAP ( Trainers & Professional Speakers Association of Pakistan ), and is designing and conducting training programs for numerous country-wide organizations in the Public and Private Sectors.
